E-Parking Permit Application 685 Bld. for Participating in church activities Guidance

  1. The E-Parking Permit is designed for applicants participating in Church activities and invited guests. Upon submitting the application form, all applicants will receive a confirmation email with the effective period details.

  2. The E-Parking Permit is valid for a maximum period of one year, until December 31, 2024, and will be renewed on January 1st of each year. The current Parking Permit Cards issued with an expiration date of December 31, 2024 will remain valid but must be placed visibly on the front windshield.

  3. Eligibility and duration for applicants of the E-Parking Permit :

    • For all applicants participating in church activities, each applicant will only accept one vehicle registration application (approved by the ministry leader or fellowship leader). If changing the license plate within one-year period, a new application form must be submitted. All applicants must be re-submitted before January 1 of each year.

    • Guests invited by the church (approved by pastors or ministries group leaders)

  4. Types of E-Parking Permits :

    • Multiple entries within one week

    • Single-entry permit

  5. Participants in church activities on Saturdays and Sundays can park in any parking space.

  6. Parking lot opening hours (outside these hours, the parking lot will be automatically locked) :

    • Monday to Saturday : 6:00 am to 10:30 pm

    • Sunday : 6:00 am to 9:30 pm

  7. Parking in the reserved spaces incl. Sundays Reserved Tandem Parking of the NYCBC is prohibited (except on Saturdays and Sundays).

  8. Parking for purposes other than participating in church activities are prohibited (except for paid parking).

  9. Overnight parking is not allowed. Unauthorised vehicle will be tagged and/or towed away at owner’s all expenses.

  10. The building owner / management company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings parked within the 685 building parking lot, regardless of the reason.

參與教會活動685大厦電子泊車許可証申請指引

  1. 教會電子泊車許可証是為參與教會活動及被邀請的嘉賓申請者而設, 所有申請者提交申請表後均會收到確認生效期限電郵。

  2. 教會電子泊車許可証發出最長有效期為一年2024年12月31日終止, 每年1月1日更新 。已發出2024年12月31日到期的泊車咭仍然有效但必須放在前面擋風玻璃當眼處。

  3. 教會電子泊車許可証申請者資格及期限 :

    • 參加教會活動的所有申請者, 每個申請者只接受一部車登記申請, (事工組長或團契團長確認) ,  如果在一年內更改車牌, 均須重新提交申請表。每年1月1日前均須重新提交申請表。

    • 教會邀請的嘉賓 (牧者或事工組組長確認)。

  4. 電子泊車許可証種類 :

    • 一周內多次性泊車

    • 一次性泊車

  5. 周六及周日參加教會活動者均可停泊任何車位 。

  6. 停車場開放時間 (非開放時間, 停車場會自動鎖上) :

    • 周一至周六 : 早上六時至晚上十時三十分

    • 周日 : 早上六時至晚上九時三十分   

  7. 除星期六日外，不可停泊在北約華人浸信會預留的停車位置; 星期日預留雙連車位只供預留登記者使用。

  8. 禁止作為非參與教會活動用途之泊車 (付泊車費除外)。

  9. 禁止通宵泊車。違規車輛將被貼上標籤和/或拖走，所有費用由車主承擔。

  10. 無論任何原因, 大厦業主/管理公司對停泊在685大厦停車場內的車輛或車內財物的損失或損壞, 一概不會負責。
