1. What are the benefits of applying for an E-Parking Permit?
Answer: Once approved, you do not need to display the parking permit inside your vehicle when parking at the church. It also ensures that you will not receive tickets within the valid date (2024). All tickets cannot be cancelled.

Answer: Each week, you will receive information about fellowship group applicants, such as their license plate details. You need to confirm the applicant's identity and reply to the office. The applicant's information will be entered into the parking company's system and become officially effective.
圑契圑長或事工組組長如何配合核實申請者身份？

5. Can I register two vehicles at the same time?
Answer: No, you cannot. If multiple family members have different cars, they can each apply separately. If one person owns two cars, the church will issue a parking permit card for the second car.

Answer: No, it doesn't apply to outsiders. All non-members attending Community Service’s activities should follow the current Community Service Ministry parking registration procedures.

10. What should be done for new friends’ parking during outreach and fellowship events held at night or on Saturdays?
Answer: All ministry teams and fellowship groups can request pre-printed parking cards from the office. If there are new friends participating in church activities, the ministry team leaders and fellowship groups have the authority to issue a single time parking permit card or long-term parking permit card for that specific time, which should be placed clearly on the front windshield to avoid getting ticket.

11. I am currently looking for a suitable fellowship. Can I apply?
Answer: It is suggested that you find a suitable fellowship as soon as possible because applicants need approval from the fellowship leader before vehicle information can be recorded in the system.
我現正尋找合適團契，可以申請嗎？
回答 : 建議你儘早決定合適團契, 因為申請者要獲得團契團長批核, 車輛資料才會被錄入系统內。
12. For large events involving outsiders, do ministry teams need to issue a single-time Parking Permit Card?
Answer: No, they don't. If there is a large event involving outsiders, the ministry team leader or responsible person needs to notify the office via email one week before the event. The office will inform the parking company through building management to not enforce parking regulations in the 685 parking lot on the day of the event.
大型涉及外來人士聚會，事工組要發出單次泊車咭吗？
回答 : 不需要。如果有大型涉及外來人士聚會，事工組組長或負責人需要在聚會一周前以電郵通知辦公室。辦公室會通過大厦管理公理通知泊車公司在聚會舉行當天不安排人員到685停車場抄牌。
13. I only attend Sunday meetings and activities. Should I apply for an E-Parking Permit?
Answer: It is recommended to apply because if your parked vehicle is damaged or scratched due to the poor parking skills of others during the parking process, the office can immediately notify you to arrive at the scene for resolution.
我只參加星期日聚會及活動需要申請嗎？
回答 : 建議申請，原因你停泊的車輛一旦被泊車技術欠佳者在泊車過程中引致你車輛损壞或刮花，辦公室可以立即通知你到達现場處理。
14. What about parking for 2025?
Answer: For the end of 2024, you only need to re-apply, and no fellowship group leader approval is required. The permit will automatically be effective for one year.

15. Can I park on weekdays when not attending church activities?
Answer: Yes, you can, but you need to pay the daily parking fee yourself.
