EVENT TIME—Due to the overwhelming positive response, we closed registration early and added an additional game! We want everyone to play so the official event is extended from 2pm - 3:30pm, with doors opening at 1:45pm! You'll be playing in teams so don't be late! If your family needs to leave early, no worries. You can grab your loot bag from the gift table on your way out.

PARKING—Please Park underground at 685 Sheppard Ave E and exit at Level B. At Level B, our volunteers will usher you to the Welcome Booth (there will be some stairs to walk). Various parts of the parking lots will be used for the event, so navigate with caution on the day of. The 675 parking lot and 685 B parking lot will be blocked off on Saturday and Sunday for the event.

SAFETY—Masks are required for all those who are able to wear one even outdoors.

PICTURES—We will have a family photobooth open before and after the official event for your enjoyment. During the event, we want to capture these fun moments and our team will be taking photos for church promotions. If you have not consented to this on the registration form, we will ensure that our team knows.

WEATHER—As of now, the current forecast is 14 and sunny! However, we all know how unpredictable the weather is. This event is rain OR shine so please dress warmly and be prepared for rain! Please pray for good weather and a fun time for all :)

TODDLER ROOM—The baby room will be open for those who need it. Please ensure proper clean up following use.
