Church Facilities Utilization Application Guidances

Please follow the Instructions below. In order to make the most of the church’s facilities for everyone, brothers and sisters are encouraged to consider the needs of other ministries in addition to the needs of their own ministry (Philippians 2:4). Please choose a room whose capacity and facilities are appropriate for your needs. In some cases, multiple users of the same room may need to discuss to come up with a mutually agreeable arrangement.

  1. Please book the room at least one week before your event, unless in exceptional situations.

  2. Check the 675/685 Facility Utilization Calendar first to see if the room you wish to use has already been booked by another group.

    • If the room has already been booked, please consider another room or time slot. If your ministry must use that room at that time, you are welcome to contact the Church Office, who will connect you with the group that has already booked the room to discuss a mutually agreeable arrangement.

    • If the room has not been booked, please complete the Online Facilities Utilization Application form. If you are making a recurring booking (e.g. weekly, monthly), please specify in the “Remarks” field. The Church Office will notify you the status of your application. If subsequent to your booking, another group wishes to use the same room, the Church Office will connect you with the other group to discuss.

  3. If you no longer need the room after booking it, please notify the Church Office as soon as possible.

  4. Every event must have a Co-ordinator who is responsible for setting up the room and leaving it in a clean and orderly condition, as well as ensuring all safety and operational guidelines are followed during the event.
